WAINEW WA800 dry‑ice block auto production line is customizable per client output and site conditions. It produces custom‑size, variable‑hardness dry‑ice slices and blocks for dry‑ice cleaning, food preservation, medical cold‑chain logistics, cryotherapy, stage fog effects and process cooling.
This automatic dry‑ice production line uses buffered hydraulic extrusion with PLC‑controlled hydraulics. Its WAINEW touch‑screen system supports one‑button start‑stop for low‑noise, high‑efficiency continuous manufacturing.
Engineered for heavy‑duty industrial use, WA800 features real‑time monitoring of cavity pressure, extrusion pressure and displacement to avoid overpressure and guarantee reliable hydraulic‑system safety.
The WA800 automatic dry ice block production line features a complete set of dry ice pelletizer, reformer, convey system, packaging system and packing robot and its overall dimensions is subject to the whole production line configuration. The production capacity is customizable.
Compresses dry‑ice pellets into high‑density solid dry ice blocks of the size of 125*105 mm. Reduces sublimation loss for longer storage & transport, ideal for cold‑chain logistics and dry‑ice cleaning scenarios.
