WAINEW BR1500 dry‑ice block reformer offers custom‑size dry‑ice blocks with adjustable hardness. It applies to dry‑ice cleaning, food preservation, medical cold‑chain logistics, cryotherapy, entertainment special‑effects and process cooling.
This industrial dry‑ice block making machine features buffered hydraulic extrusion and PLC automatic hydraulic control. The WAINEW touch‑control system supports one‑button start‑stop for low‑noise, long‑term stable production.
Engineered for heavy‑duty work, BR1500 adopts real‑time monitoring for cavity pressure, extrusion pressure and displacement to avoid overpressure and ensure safe hydraulic‑system performance.
The BR1500 dry ice block compactor features compact overall dimensions of 2100×1200×1900 mm while delivering high‑capacity output up to 1300~1500 kg per hour for on‑demand dry‑ice pellet production.
Compresses dry‑ice pellets into high‑density solid dry ice blocks of 500 ~ 800 g (1200 g is available for customization). Reduces sublimation loss for longer storage & transport, ideal for cold‑chain logistics and dry‑ice cleaning scenarios.
Supports adjustable moulds to produce dry‑ice blocks in multiple dimensions. Fits varied application demands including food preservation, special‑industry cooling and dry‑ice blast cleaning.
