Xiamen Wainew Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd., established in 2013 and technically backed up by Xiamen University of Technology, is a national high-tech enterprise, focusing on R&D, production and sales of dry ice equipment, dry ice blasting machine and insulated cabinet for storing and transporting dry ice. Located in the scenic coastal city of Xiamen, WAINEW has strong technical strength and R&D team that is composed of many researchers with PHD degree and master degree.
Our products cover three major categories related to dry ice (carbonate dioxide). Frist of all, dry ice equipment comprises a total of 4 major series and 20 products with completely independent intellectual property rights, including particle dry ice manufacturing machines, block dry ice reformer machines, block dry ice maker machines and automatic packing Robots. From our first generation of machines to the latest sixth generation, we have continuously innovated and held over 25 granted invention and utility model patents. Several of our products have successfully passed national quality inspections and are exported worldwide.
Secondly, dry ice blasting machine falls into two major models which serve most of application areas in the dry ice cleaning scenarios, including:
- Industrial Manufacturing & Maintenance:
- Cleaning molds (e.g., for plastic injection, rubber, tire, die-cast, and polyurethane foam).
- Removing contaminants from production equipment without disassembly.
- Preparing surfaces for welding or painting by stripping old coatings, oils, and residues.
- Aerospace Industry:
- Removing paints, coatings, and contaminants from aircraft components and fuselages.
- Cleaning engine parts and airframes without causing damage to sensitive surfaces.
- Food & Beverage Industry:
- Cleaning production lines, ovens, mixers, and packaging equipment without using chemicals or water, ensuring compliance with strict hygiene standards.
- Fire & Smoke Remediation:
- Effectively cleaning soot, char, and smoke residues from buildings, equipment, and contents after a fire.
- Historical Restoration:
- Gently cleaning and restoring historical monuments, stonework, and statues without abrasion or damage to the original surface.
- Electronics & Power Generation:
- Cleaning electrical panels, motors, switchgear, and turbines while they are energized (“live”) because dry ice is non-conductive and non-abrasive.
- Printing & Packaging:
- Removing built-up ink, adhesives, and paper dust from printing presses and rollers.
The third category, insulated cabinet, are of several models and dimensions, which meet mostly the requirements of our clients. Our cabinets employ high-pressure injected polyurethane foam for uniform, void-free insulation. Many premium models integrate ultra-efficient Vacuum Insulation Panels (VIPs). They feature rotation-molded seamless polyethylene shells for durability and use magnetic silicone gaskets and labyrinth seals for a superior air-tight closure. From such advanced technologies we adopt for production of cabinets, our products yield such significant benefits:
