This industrial dry‑ice block making machine uses buffered hydraulic extrusion and PLC‑based automatic hydraulic control. Its WAINEW touch‑control system supports one‑button start‑stop for low‑noise, long‑term stable production.
Built for heavy‑duty usage, BR005 features real‑time monitoring for cavity pressure, extrusion pressure and displacement to avoid overpressure and ensure safe hydraulic‑system performance.
The BR005 dry ice block press features compact overall dimensions of 2000×1400×1800 mm while delivering high‑capacity output up to 1500~2000 kg per hour for on‑demand dry‑ice pellet production.
Compresses dry ice pellets into high‑density solid dry ice blocks of up to 5 kg. Reduces sublimation loss for longer storage & transport, ideal for cold‑chain logistics and dry‑ice cleaning scenarios.
